I miss travelling. The last time my family and I went on a trip was last December, almost a year now. We enjoyed it so much that we have two (2) trips we’re hoping will push through next month and by January of next year. It’s more exciting for us now because we have a new DSLR camera that we can’t wait to use! We also love the whole packing task before the whole trip. The Carrot
Crumpler The Carrot is a water-resistant case you can use any way you like. You can bring it as a pencil case (I tend to bring 3-5 pens everytime I go out – it’s the girl scout / OC in me :D) or use it to bring your makeup necessities like your lipsticks, etc. when you travel or go out so you can freshen up quickly anytime. This is actually my favorite among the 3 because I tend to bring a ton of things with me when I leave the house so this can help me keep them organized. 🙂
The Carrot’s interior and exterior are made of the same Crumpler water-resistant materials. It’s very durable, with all the reinforced joining and stitching on all stress points, that’s why it also comes with Crumpler’s famous lifetime guarantee.
The eyelets at one end can be used to attach it to your bag, or anywhere you like. They’re brass-reinforced too. If you have a kid who you end up buying new pencil cases every year, the Carrot can be your savior! 🙂

The Limpet
The Limpet is Crumpler’s luggage tag, something that’s vital for travelers to have on their bags in case of mix-ups with other passengers’ bags.
You pull up the tab at the back of the Limpet to reveal the card where you’ll write your information.
As you can see, the Limpet is also made of the same high quality materials Crumpler is known for. With the blend of polyurethane, polypropylene webbing and ripstop nylon that makes it ultra durable for the frequent travelers. The webbing on the strap makes sure it grips tight on your luggage.
I love the texture of the material and the color options – black, grey / orange-blue and grey / pink-yellow.

The Noose
When all 3 items featured here were delivered to me, The Noose was the first I wanted to try. Why? Because we recently acquired a DSLR camera and I want to see if this new Crumpler accessory can really handle my camera usage.
Though I also like neck straps for our camera, it can be a pain in the neck quite literally. The Noose now gives you a way to securely keep your camera close to you without unnecessary neck pains.
The neoprene cushioning that you use to secure the Noose on your wrist is resistant to water, oil and aging. It’s also very soft and even after a couple of tries using it, it didn’t strain my wrist at all.

Now, imagine my reaction when my bro (he’s my hand model for the 2 Noose photos above) dropped the camera while he was wearing the Noose around his wrist. It scared the heck out of me! 😀
But, it only showed me the strength of the Noose and tubular webbing that ensures my camera is safe and secure on my wrist.

I’ll definitely use it for travelling. I’ll put my beauty anik-aniks (makeup brush, lipstick, eyeliner.. etc) inside The Crumpler Carrot which will perfectly fit in my baby’s diaper bag. That’s where I’ll be using The Limpet, so everybody would know that the bag belongs to my baby. Then I’ll connect the milk bottle on my hand by using The Noose, which will securely keep the milk bottle from being thrown on the floor (she loves playing! LOL!). ^_^

…it’s not going to be only me who’ll be using them…the carrot will go to my son where he will store some of his lego pieces (whenever we travel he loves to bring his favorite pieces along), the limpet will go to hubby (he travels a lot because his job requires it, and it always helps if his luggage has the proper ID), and the noose goes to my dslr…i find the neck strap to be inconvenient and in the way most of the time when i take pictures, so the noose will be perfect! Three gifts in one! 🙂

Carrot
– oh wow, my son will love this! He loves to eat uncooked carrots. He used to have a Marvel Pencil Case but since he keeps playing with it, it was broken. His other pencil cases were lost or broken. But carrot is perfect! I can just tie it in his bag. I hope I won’t be buying anymore pencil cases in many years c”,).
Limpet – I love to travel & I travel a lot. Those bag tags that I got from PAL doesn’t last long & easily gets wet when it’s raining. I could easily find my luggage with those unique colors & prints of limpet. I could use this when I am traveling and/or I could also use it to protect (from sweat, rain, wear & tear) my son’s school ID since my son’s ID doesn’t looks good every end of school year.
The Noose – I never travel without a camera so this will really be perfect for me. Of course, I love my camera & very protective with it. Strap is a must for me cause I love to shoot views so I keep my camera in hand most of the time. I never thought of this ingenious strap for a camera. Two thumbs up for this…

Carrot – nice name! I wish I could cook it! Seriously, I will use it to keep my ciggy sticks – I am trying to cut down on smoking, and I plan to only smoke 3 sticks a day, so it means I have to leave the whole pack and just pick three sticks whenever I go out. I will keep my ciggy in there, together with the lighter. This would make my mom less suspicious too. If she says the Carrot, she wouldn’t think I am still smoking. It could be mistaken as pencil case with the usual pens, markers and pencils in it.
Limpet – I might be travelling more next year, so I need to replace my personalized bag tag which I got for free from KLM. I would insert my blog’s calling card in there, so that would also serve as a marketing/branding tool. But since I worry that people might steal the Limpet and not my luggage, I can probably use it as ID holder instead Ill clip it in my ID lace, insert my ID and wear as is. At least I am secured that my badge/ID is protected.
The Noose – I could probably give it to my sister, so she could use it like a toddler chain – she can probably snap in her kid’s backpack – then let her kid enjoy the strolls in the mall without worrying of losing her kid because the Noose is strapped on the bag and she could hold the other end. 😀 It will not break, even if the kid runs, because I have confidence in your review. Or I could just use it for my digicam. 😉

I will use CARROT as a pencil case. There were several times that my things were always wet (during rainy days) since the classrooms where I teach are very far buildings from each other. This will be a great help, since it’s waterproof. 🙂
I know that LIMPET is Crumpler’s luggage tag. But my student’s can always use this on their bags. I will give this to a certain student who always experience bullying in school. I remember he approached me several times a year because his bag was sort of mixed-up with the other bags during homeroom and eventually got lost. A Limpet will be of big help. 🙂
For the NOOSE, since I don’t own a DSLR, (I only have a Sanyo camera-very old and cheap 🙂 hehe.. ) I will give this to my sister’s friend. I know how passionate she is in Photography. She’s really saving her money and even applied as SA (student assistant) for the sake of maintaining the career she pursued. This will be a great Christmas gift. 🙂

I will be using these 3 amazing goodies from Crumpler on one of my favorite things to do- travel. For the Limpet, I will use it for SAFETY and HONESTY. Since I’m too careless with my things I’m going to put them in one bag and will be putting the limpet tagged along with my bag so even if I left it behind I know that someone will call me to return or at least notify me about my bag.
For the Noose, O-M-G this is my favorite among the 3 giveaways! I’m really having a hard time putting my DSLR into its safest position in MY possession. My neck aches everytime I use dslr for a long period of hours so i tend to hold it by hand and removing the camlace on my neck but my friends keep on telling me never to let the lace removed because it’s not safe.. now that i found the NOOSE (ehem. as a giveaway)… I will never had any problem using my dslr:)

I really am in need of this! ; ) My first out-of-the-country travel experience kept me worry when it comes to buggage, oh i mean luggage (hehe)…I simply felt uneasy coz i’m worried all the time “what if my luggage got mixed-up with others?” “what am i gonna do?” and then i also realized that i forgot to put a tag on it! and then it got me all worried again! I haven’t bought one coz i was looking for a really cool tag that would really look nice with my bags/luggage and also something that is more durable ; )

Now this one, i want this one not for me really, but for those who keep on borrowing my gadgets especially my camera! I always tell them to take really good care of my stuffs (my precious!) coz they cost a lot (all my hardwork) and they are really essential and super important to me. How I will be using the Crumpler Carrot:
My 3-year-old son loves coloring, everywhere he goes, he wants to do something. So if I have a Crumpler Carrot, I’ll be using it for his colored pencils/crayons to avoid using bulky contaners/boxes for them. I would also put a mini notepad and a pen for me (as I’m also an OC as you are).
How I will be using the Crumpler Limpet:
My family will be travelling to the north in January, and several relatives have the same backpack as ours. So to avoid confusion, I will flash my Crumpler Limpet which will be hanging on the outer strap of the bag, with my name and my husband’s on it. Haha! Magyayabang ba! Crumpler e!
How I will be using the Crumpler Noose:
Ahh, this is my favorite part. My family and other raltives seldom get together, so this coming Christmas, we’ll be celebrating it with a bang! We’ll be playing games, which would definitely include running around, and other stuff. So to make me and my husband comfortable while shooting great events while playing and running, we’ll be using the Noose to avoid having a DSLR banging on our tummies. Easy hawak kumbaga sa DSLR. I will use Crumpler Carrot as my kikay kit. 3-4 times a week I go to the gym, I can put in Crumpler Carrot my soap, mini lotion, baby powder, lip balm and comb. waaah, I’m so excited to have this on my gym bag.

Menchie will use the Crumpler carrot to de-clutter her office items. In no time, it will also be used to tuck emergency cash which is really helpful (no need to mention, I know).

How will you be using the Crumpler Carrot, Limpet and Noose?
I am a jetsetter wannabe. So after I got my passport renewed, I am planning on my frist trip abroad. All the said items above are going to be useful for a first timer like me. First, the Carrot can keep my headset, charger, flashdrives and any other little trinkets that I need to bring. This case can bring me a huge relief instead of putting these things into separate plastics that is not only space consuming but also not pleasing to the eyes. Second, the Limpet can surely make my luggage standout among the sea of baggages in the airport. Panic is the last thing I wanted to have on my first trip so using this will surely save me time and effort when looking for my things. Lastly, the Noose is great for camera and perfect for outdoor activity! Who knows, I might try bungee-jumping or boating on my first travel. The Noose will surely make me enjoy the travel more.

How will I use it? I will use the carrot to put all my make up essentials into it as they as currently all scattered inside my drawer. It would be a wonderful way to clean up my messy drawer. How will you be using the Crumpler Carrot, Limpet and Noose?
As a mother to a 3-year old, my bag is filled with mostly her things. Change of nappies (3), baby wipes, sanitizing wipes, a bottle of baby wash, a bottle of alcohol, powder, and a set of change of clothes in case of an emergency, a couple of toys to keep her occupied when needed, and a pad and pen when she wants to write or doodle. These are just the “among other things” in my bag, I’m sure there are more of her stuff that I just haven’t memorized yet.
Yes, I use a BIG bag, and when I bring MY things, like a tube of lipstick or lip gloss, face powder, creams, pens, documents etc., they get lost in all of hers. Also, because I’m one of those moms who want to document everything about her child documented, I also bring my DSLR with me almost anywhere, every time.
The Crumpler Carrot will be perfect for me to keep MY things together. I won’t have to rummage through my entire bag just to find my little things. I can keep my cosmetics and small pens together and not have them everywhere else. Ever tried looking for a pen inside a big bag filled with lots of other things? Yep, just like a needle in a haystack! But with the Carrot, I know I won’t have that problem anymore.
Though we don’t travel much, I’m would love to use the Limpet as a tag for my little girl’s things. She now goes to different toddler schools for her class and at times need to leave her things in a locker or a similar area in her school. Having the Limpet will definitely stand out when I need to find her things and for sure she will find it easier to identify her bag too because of the Limpet in case there would be other bags that are the same as hers.
Lastly is the Noose. It would just be perfect for me when I lug my camera around. Having the camera hanging around my neck doesn’t just give me the neck strain but is also painful for both my little girl and I when I suddenly have to carry her. There are just those times that I have to quickly carry her, like when it rains all of a sudden, and since the camera, when worn by the neck straps would fall right by the tummy area, my little girl squishes the camera and hurts her abdomen or leg. With the Noose, I know the camera will be secure even when I need to move around quickly, and I know it won’t hit her too when I need to carry or lift her up. The pockets are also perfect for me since I have 3 memory cards. Yeah, overkill… but as a mom, I just want to remember and freeze everything about her and what she does as much as I can.

I will give the Carrot Crumpler to my eldest son so he can use it to put all his stuffs, its one way to teach him to organize his things this early, its also very useful coz its Water-resistant. As for the Limpet as everyone else comments, I will use it for my new baby’s bag so whenver we travel its has his name on it, useful and its so cute to see something is hanging in his bag :-). As for the noose will use it either in our digicam or videocam. But definitely the three Carrot Products is surely very useful for me. hope to get it!

I will be using the crumpler carrot in organizing my everyday kikay stuff so that it won’t be kalat-kalat anymore in my bag especially that my 2daughters love to raid my make-up kit =)..My daughter will use the limpet in her baon bag; and i will attached the noose to my digicam i can’t leave the house without my digicam with me.

I will use the Carrot to store my things like my accessories and toiletries during my trips, the Limpet will be used on our travelling bag or if in case we have a baby that time, it’ll be used as his/her name tag if we travel with the baby and the Nooze will be used on the camera or videocam….sakit kasi sa leeg pag dun nakalagay ang cam 😀 Hope I’ll win 🙂
