Giveaways Galore #2

This blog has been utterly neglected because of my schedule. You’d think that after 2 months since the day I started at my new job, I’ve completely adjusted. But, no. πŸ™ I’m still struggling to sleep in the afternoon ’til my next shift ends. And I’ve got too many tasks unrelated to my actual work that I haven’t finished my reviews yet. I’ve got 4 product reviews just sitting in my drafts folder. πŸ˜€ I swear, I’ll fix this by next week since I want to make sure I’ve published my reviews for all the products I’ll be giving away on this blog’s anniversary. πŸ™‚

Anyway, though I’ve been really busy, I still had time to join a couple of contests since they don’t require me to edit photos (okay, except the first one listed), write my own personal reviews and thoughts, and all the things I usually do with my blog posts before I publish them. I even had to ask people to leave their giveaway links for this post on my Facebook page and on multiple groups. πŸ˜€

Okay, enough intro. Here are the giveaways I recommend you join. GOOD LUCK!

I promise, next week, I’ll start posting my pending reviews. I’ve got too many products to write about! My room will be undergoing a major cleanup next week to make room for my "home office". I’m on the market for a kick-ass office table and comfy chair, plus probably a bigger monitor, new lighting fixtures (maybe led light bulbs for less energy costs), and a shelf, which I’d probably hire someone to build for me. I’m excited about it! πŸ™‚ Hopefully the new ambiance in my room will make me more productive, eh? πŸ˜€

Shop at Great Value within the Metro

The capital of the Philippines, Metro Manila, is also considered the shopping capital, obviously because of the many malls and discounted stores (some housed in steel buildings) that are scattered around the Metro, delighting female and male shopaholics alike.

Of course, there are high-end malls with designer merchandise like at Greenbelt, but if you are looking for discounted wares for your personal use, for mixing and matching different outfits without the added costs, or even for retail selling in your province or online, then it is best to go bargain hunting at wholesale malls.

The most frequented places would be Greenhills, Quiapo and Divisoria. These places are famous for really cheap items, whatever it may be you’re looking for. So, for example, you are a businesswoman selling RTW in your shop in the province, you will find that buying from these places could give you a great profit margin for your business. And you don’t have to travel abroad, like Hong Kong, Malaysia, or Thailand, in order to search for the suppliers of these clothes. Sellers from these bargain places in the Metro price their products very competitively so you get to save on your travel expenses in going abroad. But, make sure you also haggle as the stores here actually allow you that, unlike when shopping at malls.

By the way, you simply MUST see my post about this store in Divisoria (pictured above) where they sell a lot of affordable gift items that are perfect come Christmas season. I’m still not able to provide the exact location of their warehouse, but I’m hoping on my next trip to this place, I’ll be able to take note of the landmarks. πŸ˜‰

Choosing Weight Loss Products as Diet Supplements

The paradox is, while many people in poor countries die from lack of food, people in rich countries continue to make pharmaceutical companies richer by buying weight loss products. There are just so many obese people that the diet supplement industry is worth billions of dollars combined!

But, what are effective weight loss products? In my case, I have used diet pills and those herbal teas that have a laxative effect. However, there are perhaps hundreds more different products in the market advertised under different brands and using a variety of ingredients that are supposed to suppress appetite, burn fat, inhibit carbs or fat, or speed up metabolism.

Honestly, I believe that we cannot completely say that if a certain product is effective for one person, then that means it would have the same effect on another. No two people are the same and because of our physiological make up and lifestyle, diet pills have different effects on us. The best thing is to do is to read other people’s testimonies, like apidexin reviews then also do your own trial and error.

We just have to try products in order to know which ones contribute positively to our weight loss efforts. As a word of caution, try only products that have the seal of approval and safety from the Bureau of Food and Drug. And buy only from reputable sellers so that you will get the real thing and not the fake drugs that might contain harmful ingredients.

I’m not saying I recommend you use weight loss pills. Proper diet and exercise is still key to a more effective weight loss.
