A. How to Join:

1. Promotion period is from 10 September 2010 until 15 October 2010.
2. The promotion is open to all Filipino citizens or Philippine residents at least 18 years of age at the time of joining. If female, she must not be pregnant at the time of joining.
3. To participate in the promotion, interested and qualified persons hereinafter referred to as “contestant” can submit to heaven_on_earth_2010@yahoo.com a photograph of him or with her with Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream and his or her answer to complete the sentence:
   “This is my heaven on earth! I enjoy having HEAVEN ice cream…”
4. All entries will be subjected to pre-qualification based on the following criteria:
   Creative Writing – 40%
   Creative Shot – 40%
   Compliance with the Mechanics – 20%
   Total – 100%
5. A contestant may submit as many entries as he or she can but the deadline for submission of entries is on 08 October 2010. However, he or she can win under this promotion only once.
6. During the duration and at any stage of the promotion, Nestlé Philippines, Inc. and Yehey Corporation (“organizers of the promotion”) reserve the right to disqualify participants who fail to qualify under these mechanics. The decision of the organizers of the promotion on this matter is final and they may or may or not, at their discretion, engage into any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
7. By participating in this promotion, contestant confirms that he or she has read the full mechanics of the promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same.

B. How to Register and Participate

1. To submit their entries, contestants must email their entries as well as the following information to heaven_on_earth_2010@yahoo.com:
• Full name of the contestant;
• Date of birth;
• Complete home address, which must be in the Philippines and not be a P.O. Box, and contact number(s);
• Valid e-mail address;
• Facebook Profile URL Link;
• Whether or not contestant has read or has not read the full mechanics of the promotion;
• Whether or not contestant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the mechanics of the promotion.    
2. The entries must meet all of the following minimum requirements:
3. Phrases to the sentence “This is my heaven on earth! I enjoy having HEAVEN ice cream…” must not exceed 100 words and written in English or Filipino;

   *Sample entry: “This is my heaven on earth! I enjoy having HEAVEN ice cream to reward myself after a hard day’s work.”

4. The language should not be offensive, disparaging or discriminatory to any person or entity, whether living or already deceased and not mention any food or beverage product except Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream.
5. The photograph must be a single capture (no inserting of product through photo editing) of not more than three (3) persons, one of whom must be the contestant joining this promotion, with Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream and must not exceed 2MB in file size;
6. Except for Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream, no other food or beverage product is displayed or featured in the photograph;
7. No infant formula or breast milk substitutes, including bottle-fed complementary foods, as well as teats and other commodities which intend to replace or substitute, in whole or in part, breast milk and breastfeeding is shown;
8. No sip cup or milk-feeding bottle is featured; and
9. The photos should be clear and contain wholesome images.
10. The organizers of the promotion reserve the right to disqualify a contestant, refuse the publication of and/or remove his or her entry(s) from the Facebook page of Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream as they deem fit. Their decision on this matter is final and they may or may or not, at their discretion, engage into any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
11. The entries shall be posted in a photo album found in the Facebook page of Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream.
12. Contestants with qualified entries can “share” their submission through Facebook as soon as the same are uploaded in the Facebook page of Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream.

C. How to Win:

1. From the entries, the top three (3) highest scorers based on the following criteria and in the presence of an FDA representative shall be declared winners of this promotion:
• Creative Writing – 50%
• Writing Concept – 50%
• Total: 100
2. Contestants must expressly agree that they are allowing themselves to be subject matters of varying comments, views and opinions of people, which may be expressed or relayed not just in the fan page of the Facebook page of Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream but in other ways and medium, including but not limited to blogs. Accordingly, they undertake not to hold responsible the organizers of the promotion and independent contractors running this promotion for the same.
3. Winners will be notified by email through the email address they supplied in their registration details on how they can claim their prizes. A person can only win once. Their names will also be announced at the Facebook page of Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream on 15 October 2010, 10:00 am server time.
4. The three (3) winners will each win a twenty-five thousand pesos worth of gift certificate from ZARA (PHP 25,000 WORTH OF PURPLE CARDS), the use of which is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by ZARA.
5. As regards the prizes, organizers of the promotion rely on representations and information provided by ZARA. Shopping privileges included in the gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions and restrictions set forth by ZARA for the use of the same. Winners should direct their inquiries to ZARA with regard to said terms and conditions.
6. In claiming their prizes, winners must present at least two (2) valid identification cards and a print out of the email notification. Prizes can be claimed personally by the winners at the office of Yehey Corporation located at 38th Floor Discovery Center, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center. NPI is not responsible for accommodations, travel expenses or other expenses of winners when claiming prizes.
7. If the winners do not personally claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from the announcement of winners in the Facebook page of Nestlé HEAVEN Ice Cream, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of NPI, upon approval of DOH-FDA.  The decision of NPI on this regard is final.
8. All prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and awarded tax-free.
